Very steady pace with some walking when I know I need it. My heart rate is 60-65 resting, 90-100 while jogging and 120-140 at the top of hills. Then rest until my heart is back down to 100 and begin jogging again. Lastly, I'm barely embarrassed about the sweat as I've lived with it all my life. It's not like I took up running and just found out I sweat buckets lol it sucks when I'm at a job interview but while exercising? Whatever not a huge deal. The reason why I brought up the clothes sticking to me was because it's uncomfortable and then because I'm still heavy, it's just sticking everywhere. Just hard to explain how distracting it is to not only be heavy while running (things flapping and chaffing) but also so damn sweaty. I will be calling my doctor about the excessive sweating. I've always known that it is GOOD that my body can sweat so much so I didn't want to take meds to change that but it's time to take a serious look into it as it's helped so many of you that have commented.
They have wonderful, caring teachers that are very attentive. It is a lovely play based environment with a great location (right by the library, schools and town center). This is the 2nd year my daughter has been attending Norfield and she can't wait to go to school. Nothing but great things to say about this place! Joanne T Love the teachers, location and play-based academic experience they have provided my children! Each day my kids have something fun to share about what they did! 40 Hogan Trail Westport, CT 06880 466 Main Avenue Norwalk, CT 06851 59 Danbury Road Wilton, CT 06897 37 Weather Bell Drive, Norwalk, 3 Daphne Dr, 234 Greenfield Street, Fairfield, 06825 245 Post Rd E, Westport, 23 Half Mile Rd, Join free today Sign up now! About 120 homes were damaged or destroyed near Frankfort, as were businesses and factories. Twelve homes were destroyed near Alton. The funnel passed near Stamping Ground and lifted near Sadieville. Noted discrepancies: NCDC does not give a liftoff lat/lon. SPC gives a path length of 79 gives 81 miles (including 54 miles in Scott County, which is impossible), and Grazulis gives 36 miles. NCDC/SPC start this tornado on the western Anderson County line west of azulis starts it in Anderson County but farther east at Alton. SPC gives a path width of 10 yards, NCDC 30 yards, Grazulis 800 yards. Grazulis probably has the most correct path width. For this mapping project we used the official start/stop lat/lons, but further research is needed to verify.
