My partner and I are fed up with Kentucky Life Property Management. I knew it was bad news as soon as they took over our property, and they have done nothing but make themselves look like total asses since then. Our lease is up in October. Neither of us can drive, so we're really trying to stay downtown where things are accessible by bus or foot. We pay $725 for a 2 bed (725 sq ft) right now and they'll no doubt raise rent as soon as they can. I've been searching endlessly for apartments and coming back with little to no results. Or when I find something, it's either owned by Kentucky Life or some other company I've been warned against. I'd really love some help! We do have a cat. Indoor only, litterbox trained, princess extraordinaire. Thanks so much for reading, and have a great weekend.
