My quads were shredded and I've just felt no "pop" at all in the legs. It's starting to feel a bit better now but I'm a long ways from racing shape. It will be interesting to see how these last 4 weeks of reduced volume affect my 50 miler in 2 weeks. Takeaways Pfitzinger's plans are the real deal. My training group followed them and every one of us set PR's by a significant margin. The 18/55 is good, and the extra 15 mpw to get to the 70 is reachable if you start from a steady 50 mpw base. More miles = faster marathoning as long as you stay healthy. Training partners are amazing. I trained for this race with a group of 4 people from our local club and it made a huge difference. We pushed each other, helped each other, and I never had that sense of dread about training that I did the first time I ran the full distance. We all performed better than any of us would have on our own. We held each other accountable – especially for 4 am Wednesday mid-long runs. MP long runs are king workouts.

I am situated in a room in the basement of my home. After a few hours of gaming session, I can feel a noticiable different in warm air and humidity in my room compare to outside of my room/rest of the house. So I brought in a big boy dehumidifier into my room, I ran it for like 4-5 hours at first and already gotten i would say like 1 L of water if not more... But even with the dehumidifier running and collecting water, it's still form these droplets. ANYONE have any ideas? suggestions? anything anyone can help that would be much appreciated. my next move if this continues, is to move to a different location of my house and see if it still is happening. But currently I actually just threw a few packs of silica gel at the bottom of my case to absorb moisture and see if that works... I don't think it will. My room is little small, probably about 9'x11'. Any help would be amazing!! !
And so it has been, due directly to global climate change. An article published in May 2018 by the Arctic environment researcher Alexandra Jahn noted that if the rise in global temperatures averages exceed 2 degrees Celsius by the end of this century, the arctic will be virtually ice-free for a significant portion of the year. The European mapmakers of the late 1500s may have been right after all. As Reuters reported barely five years ago, in announcing the successful passage of the 75, 000-ton freighter Nordic Orion by the northern route from Vancouver to Finland, that as the polar ice continues to melt from atmospheric warming, "shipping via the Arctic could account for as much as a quarter of the commercial traffic between Europe and Asia by 2030. " Perhaps in the final analysis, Henry Hudson's greatest tragedy was that his quest for the Northwest Passage occurred four hundred years too soon. TL;DR Henry Hudson's fourth voyage ended in mutiny with the explorer and many crew members being cast off in a small boat in James Bay.
Quick backstory on my order: 0832 sent my order to Wegobuy's warehouse within 2 days of ordering. However, he accidentally sent out a sample that was for another customer so the TNF badges were completely wrong. 0832 reached out to my Reddit post shortly apologizing for his mistake. I then reached out to him via WeChat for faster response and began processing my exchange. This process took longer than expected because of Wegobuy not reaching out to 0832. So I had to ask my Wegobuy agent for my new Taobao order number and 0832 quickly replaced it, and also sent me detailed QC photos over WeChat. So so far I have nothing but praises for 0832's customer service. Jacket first impressions (first week use): Ordered size: M (I usually wear S for jackets and prefer a snug fit) My size: 5'-7" (170cm) 182lbs (82. 5kg) average build Sorry, I don't have a full length mirror, so bi-fold mirror pics will have to do. The TNF Badge embroidery has small flaws. The front has a "tHe" flaw and the "fAce" flaw.
