Read | 20 killed in lightning strikes in Bengal Weather officials said more lightning may occur this month because of humid weather and a low-pressure system that has developed over the Bay of Bengal. According to experts, due to a rapid change in temperature, the air maintains an up and down movement that creates more friction and results in lightning. "Suddenly high temperature and then again low temperature also causes lightning in the sky, " said an official. An official from the disaster management department said, "To prevent deaths due to lightning, it is important to ensure people remain indoors when such weather is predicted, especially in rural areas. People need to stay indoors and avoid open areas when frequent lightning is occurring. " A weather expert said sometimes such warnings do not reach all regions in time, resulting in a high fatality count. According to the weather department, similar thunderstorms accompanied by lightning will continue in the region at the moment.
The most enjoyable thing is working with the stay and seeing the smiling face of ask the kids. Cons No 401k or life insurance The work place was good, but the management has multiple turnovers which is not up to date on policies, teachers are blamed for negligence of managers. I love the children I have gotten to teach and work with everyday. I have enjoyed working with all my coworkers here, everyone gets along well. My manager goes out of her way to make sure everyone is happy. I met alot of nice people at Open Arms but the management didnt know what they were doing and they had poor communication. If you are looking for a quick job and still live with your parents this is the job for you. Not a long term job. Does not pay well. Great place to work. I wish I still lived there. Stress free, room to move up the ladder. And I love kids so it was just the job I like. Management was wonderful It was okay if you are great with kids and can look past petty drama. Don't expect your hours to change much.
5 11/24/2017 My daughter has been attending Open Arms for almost 2 years now and I am so happy with the choice we made back when she was 2 to get her into their facility. The teachers are so sweet, they genuinely care for their students and their growth in education and human interaction skills. My daughter has learned and grown so much while being there, and the added comfort of the cameras being accessible by me during my workday is incomparable. The school is clean, secure, and staffed with the best of the best. The events they put on are always a hit, and the activities they do with the kids are always so cute and educational. Thank you to all the teachers who have been there to help my daughter grow so much!! Jimile the director is quick to answer any questions or concerns, and has been so accommodating to us and our family dynamic. Miss Daisy is the sweetest woman I have ever met, Chelsea, Kari, and seriously every single teacher even those who my daughter has not been in their class knows her and is always so sweet and attentive to the children.
